Template-driven clinical notes for dental teams
Notes-Hub is note-taking software for dentists, hygienists and therapists. It structures information already recorded by the clinician and produces a draft note for that clinician to review, edit and approve. It was the first product we took through DCB0129 ourselves.
How it works
Notes-Hub provides administrative and record-keeping support. The clinician conducts the appointment and records what they find; Notes-Hub organises that into a structured draft note against the appropriate template.
Templates per clinician type
Separate note templates for dentists, hygienists and therapists, so the structure of the record matches the scope of the appointment.
Drafts, not records
Every note is produced as a draft. It becomes part of the clinical record only when the clinician has reviewed, edited and approved it.
Candidate coding
Suggests candidate codes matching language used in the consultation, for clinician selection. The clinician chooses the code; the software never applies one on its own.
