What this site is for
This site describes our company and our products. It is general information for prospective customers, NHS buyers and other interested parties. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract, and nothing on it forms part of a contract unless it is expressly incorporated into a signed agreement.
This site is not clinical, legal or regulatory advice
We write about DCB0129, DCB0160, CQC assessment and medical device regulation. That writing is general information about published standards. It is not advice on your organisation’s specific obligations, and it does not create a professional relationship between us.
Your organisation is responsible for determining and meeting its own legal and regulatory duties. Clinical risk management duties under DCB0129 and DCB0160 rest with the manufacturer and the deploying organisation respectively, and cannot be transferred to us by reading this website or by buying our software.
Accuracy
We date the pages that carry factual claims and we review them. Standards, guidance and regulatory positions change, and a page that was accurate on its review date may not be accurate later. Check the review date at the top of a page before relying on it, and check the underlying source for anything that matters.
