About
Built by a dentist who had to do this four times
Simplify HCS was founded in 2021 by Nagini Vallamkonda, a GDC-registered dentist practising in London and a member of the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, Cohort 8. Building clinical software while practising made the gap obvious: the standards that govern digital clinical safety are mandatory, detailed, and almost entirely unsupported by tooling.

The founder
<Image>. Do not use stock photography.]Our products are the ones we needed and couldn’t buy. Every one of them was taken through DCB0129 in a working primary care setting, by the person who also had to see patients that week.
A Clinical Safety Officer must be a registered healthcare professional in current clinical practice. That requirement is why clinical safety tooling is so thin: the people qualified to sign the documents are the people with the least time to build software. Our founder is in both groups.
